1. Pay your Annual Membership Fee by April 30, 2019
Early Bird fees are $40 by cash, check or credit card. This early payment ensures you Priority Registration Aug 1. Membership fees are non-refundable. 2. Sign Up for Teaching/Assistant Positions Veteran members are strongly encouraged to teach at least one class. There is no set deadline for signing up, but it is best to firm up teaching assignments early so you can be in a class you are interested in and so you can have the summer to prepare! Contact the Coordinator about curriculum that might already be available. *Be Aware! Members who have not volunteered for classes are at risk for being assigned at our whims! 3. Priority Registration is Aug 1 - 10, 2019 Those who paid their AMF by May 1 will receive a Registration link via email at 9:00 am on Aug 1. All priority registration links will be sent at the same time. Class placement is arranged by first reply to last reply. *see notes below* 4. Open Enrollment Registration is Aug 13 - 24, 2019 After you have paid $60 AMF, you will receive a Registration link via email, beginning on August 13. *see notes below* |
1. Use the Contact link on the top bar to discuss membership. You can also complete the DCCHC Application Form which can be found at the bottom of the Contact page.
2. Pay the $60 Annual Membership Fee You may pay the membership fee any time before August 24, 2019. The membership fee is paid one time per family, each year, and is non-refundable. 3. Open Enrollment Registration, Aug 13 - 24, 2019 After you have paid the membership fee, you will receive a Registration link via Email, beginning Aug 13. Register your children for classes using this link. Class placement is arranged by first reply to last reply. *see notes below* 4. Sign Up for Class Assistant Positions Contact us to discuss which class assistant placements are available. It is our goal to place you in classes that best suit your interests. Parent participation is required in 2 of the 3 class periods. 5. Attend Newcomers Day Open 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 This is the perfect opportunity to meet the co-op leadership team! You can also tour the host church building, pay your membership fee, register for classes, and sign up for cleaning placements. Co-op Orientation also takes place on Aug 24 1:00-3:00. You may attend either event. You must have all required items completed by this day. |
